All prices are in Pounds Sterling.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is free worldwide on all clothing over £600 pounds sterling.

Place your order on the watches before 5pm Mon- Fri for next day delivery.

WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

Sadie Clayton garments are shipped from 21-27 Millers Terrace, London E8 2DP

WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN’T FIT?

Please notify us immediately upon arrival; the faster we get your item back, the faster we can replace it.  Items can be returned for the correct size, a different item or a Credit Note for later use. Within the EU we can refund your money; Please note we will not accept returns shipped by FedEx or EMS, as well as, any parcel without a name and address clearly labeled on the outside of the box. All items must be unworn and complete with bags, tags, etc and returned within 7 days of arrival.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship via Royal Mail, a much faster option than in the past. If you wish to use a different courier, it will be at your own cost. No FedEx. 

ARE ITEMS TRACKABLE?

Yes.  Tracking numbers will be provided within 48 hours of the item(s) being shipped.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

• You can enter your tracking number on the field provided on the left, without characters or spaces.

We usually recommend waiting 24-48 hours (for international customers) after the sending date to track a package, as they do not usually appear in the system before this time.
